Resignation Of Regional Marketing Manager

The Board of Directors of Megachem Limited (the "Company") regrets to announce the resignation of Mr Tan Chuan Huat as the Regional Marketing Manager with effect from 23 February 2005.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Tan for his past services and contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
