Management Online Q&A With Investors

In conjunction with the latest half year financial results ended 30 June 2005, the Board of Directors of Megachem Limited is pleased to announce the setting up of an online Management Q&A at Shareinvestor.com ("SI") today. The management will take questions from investors on the Q&A from now till 19th August 2005 (Friday), and will reply on 24th August 2005 (Wednesday). All investors are welcomed to participate in the online Management Q&A.
