Appointment Of Non-Executive Director

Further to the announcement made by Megachem Limited ("the Company") on 10 July 2007 (announcement no. 00039) on the appointment of Dr Patrick Pui Hang Yeung as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Dr Patrick was appointed as Director of the Company on 9 July 2007 instead of 10 July 2007.
